Employee outsourcing is a form of employment under the BALANCED HR roof. Use staff leasing services and hire white collars- or specialists. You will solve your current staffing needs with no administrative burden and legislative responsibility associated with new reinforcements, without the necessary increase in the number of your core employees.
We will take over your existing employees or find new ones, provide you with a comprehensive personnel and payroll agenda, as well as technical equipment needed.
