  • Interpreting from and into English for CEOs at meetings and business negotiations
  • Translation of internal documents from/into English
  • Preparation and active participation in business trips
  • Preparation of reports from meetings
  • Preparation of travel orders
  • Preparation of presentations and documents
  • Email correspondence
  • Cooperation with the Director-General's Secretariat - Administrative and organisational activities
  • Participation in the organisation of company events
  • Other tasks as directed by supervisor
