Information about the position:
• Support Dept. Manager Asset in the strategy, Budget/MTP, CAPEX planning and monitoring/reporting
processes
• Monitor network technical performance as well as A-brand visual appearance and propose actions for optimization (responsible for the preparation and execution)
• Identify potential quality improvement and/or cost savings on the existing asset base
• Organize and coordinate preparation of project design and technical documentation for NTIs and
reconstructions within standards of company and in accordance with Slovak legislation
• Ensure obtaining of permits/consents required for project execution (compliance with Slovak legislation)
• Support Dept. Manager Asset in project asset matters, also by implementation of new projects within asset department
• Implementation/execution of investment projects within Asset Dept. in accordance with company regulations (sourcing,execution)
• Support on group-wide level projects
• Participate in tenders within asset related matters, prepare required documentation for tendering purposes (tender scope of work/conditions, technical parameters and evaluation), participate actively at meetings/negotiations with tender participants.
• Process regular checks/inspections of construction site/project execution in order to assure project on time delivery and adequate quality, keep continuous track on project costs/expenses within project execution, ensure project execution within approved budget.
• Supplier evaluation in terms of quality, HSSE, finance and adherance to timeplans.
• Organize supervision, participate in technical inspections/permitting proceedings, perform control on quality of finished work, submit application for technical inspection issued by local and state institutions, prepare takeover protocol with construction companies and retail department
• Responsible for timely elimination of any malfunctions/construction lacks from project execution, also responsible for solving of warranty repair claims
• Responsible for on time assets activation in accounting ledger
• Archive all technical, administrative and other documentation in hardcopy and in electronic form
• Ensure construction works execution compliance with SK legislation and HSSE standards of a company itself

Job requirements
• University degree master – technical, building construction or business
• Min. professional experience of 5 years
• Business, technical and legal knowledge
• Good organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• High level project management skills
• Able to work under stress
• Driving Licence, readiness to travel
• Computer literacy : MS office, SAP (advantage)
• Open mind, eager to develop new ideas and challenge processes
